Creative Movement Classes

Our Creative Movement classes are for children ages 3-5 years old with changing weekly themes form dinosaurs to space to holidays. These classes focus on positive ways of expressing energy. Activities and themes are inspired by literature based on the week's theme. Classes include storytelling, obstacle courses, creative movement, games, breathing techniques and more. Children will practice teamwork and self-discipline as well.  This class is wonderful on its own or an excellent supplement to any of our other classes.
